You have 14 days from the date of receiving your pyrite item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
- In its original premium packaging with all tags intact.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return

- Approval: Once accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues (Immediate Inspection)
Because natural pyrite is a delicate mineral, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and integrity of our collections, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom Orders: Personalized pyrite frames or special sizes.
- Sale Items: All purchases of “Last Chance” or discounted items are final.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
